Bella specializes exclusively in makeup artistry and does not provide full hair services. We understand the importance of having a cohesive beauty team, which is why every client receives access to a curated list of trusted hairstylists that we confidently recommend. For select event clients, we can offer very light styling and touch-ups when needed.

A signed contract and a $250 non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your wedding date. This retainer is applied toward your package total and secures your date on our calendar, allowing us to begin the planning, coordination, and preparation that takes place leading up to your wedding day.

The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to your wedding day.

Yes. For parties of 8 or more receiving makeup services, a second artist is required to ensure everyone is completed on time and the morning runs smoothly. A second artist can also be added to smaller bookings when approved, particularly for early ready times, larger timelines, or when additional support would enhance the overall experience.

Yes, lashes are included with every makeup application.

While bridal trials are not required, they are highly recommended and included in all packages. A trial gives us the opportunity to collaborate on your wedding day look, discuss your preferences, and make any adjustments so you feel completely confident heading into your wedding day.

Bridal trials are held at Bella's home studio in Tampa and are available Monday through Thursday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. To ensure your look aligns with your final details, we recommend scheduling your trial no earlier than three months before your wedding date.

Following your trial, notes and photos will be saved to your client profile, allowing your wedding day makeup application to be as seamless and stress-free as possible.

We understand that guest counts and service needs may change throughout the planning process. Booking details can be adjusted up until one month before your wedding day, allowing flexibility while still ensuring adequate time for scheduling and preparation.

Travel fees are calculated on a per-mile basis from Bella's home studio in Tampa to your getting-ready location. Travel pricing is determined by the total distance required and is customized for each booking.

For weddings requiring extensive travel, additional accommodations such as hotel stays, parking, tolls, or other travel-related expenses may apply. Any applicable travel fees will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal prior to booking.
